Oil refinery and oil pumping station hit in Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod region

The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), together with other components of the Defense Forces, struck the Nizhny Novgorod Oil Refinery and the Starolikeyevo oil pumping station in the city of Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region of Russia.
