Tusk: Poland to disregard European decisions on Russia without Poland’s participation

Poland will not recognize decisions on security issues and relations with Russia adopted at the EU leadership level or within specific formats, in particular the E3 (France, Germany, and the United Kingdom), without Warsaw’s participation.
