More than UAH 100M stolen during construction of protection for electrical substation in Zakarpattia – SSU

The Security Service of Ukraine has dismantled a large-scale scheme of misappropriating budget funds worth more than UAH 100 million during the modernization of energy infrastructure in Zakarpattia region.
