Moldova reacts to Putin’s decree simplifying Russian citizenship for Transnistria residents

Moldovan Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu believes that the Kremlin’s decision to simplify the process of obtaining Russian citizenship for residents of the unrecognized Transnistria region may be linked to an attempt to recruit more soldiers for the war in Ukraine.
