Russian troops refuse to cross Dnipro River in Prydniprovske sector, says Voloshyn

In the Prydniprovske sector, Russian troops have resumed active operations near the Antonivskyi Bridge following a regrouping; however, assault units are refusing to carry out missions involving crossing the Dnipro River channels and landing on the islands.
