Sybiha, Rutte discuss ways to scale up Ukrainian arms manufacturing with NATO support

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte discussed ways to further scale up arms manufacturing in Ukraine with the support of NATO’s industrial base during a meeting in Brussels.
