Ukraine-Russia talks at impasse, but US ready to mediate if opportunity arises – Rubio

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said that peace diplomacy between Ukraine and Russia is currently at a standstill, but if an opportunity arises to resume mediation and help bring the sides closer to an agreement, the United States is ready to do so.
