Zelensky submits bill to Rada to establish two specialized administrative courts

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on the establishment of a Specialized District Administrative Court and a Specialized Administrative Court of Appeal.
