Russian attack on a foreign cargo vessel near Odesa kills 10 people, including Ukrainian pilot

As a result of a Russian military attack on a Guinea-Bissau-flagged merchant vessel near Odesa, 10 people were killed, including a marine pilot employed by the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA).
