FM Fidan says Russia’s position on Ukraine unchanged after Moscow visit

There have been no changes in the Russian side’s approach to the war against Ukraine, nor are there any prospects for a negotiated settlement; in particular, “without resolving the Donetsk issue, there is no chance.”
