Ukraine, Lithuania sign memorandum on joint production of drones

The Defense Ministers of Ukraine and Lithuania Rustem Umerov and Laurinas Kasciunas and Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine Herman Smetanin signed a memorandum on the joint production of UAVs, ammunition, and EW equipment.
