Pletenchuk says after losing BE-12, Russia steps up aerial reconnaissance but nears resource limits

After the destruction of the BE-12 Chaika aircraft, Russia is trying to compensate for the loss of specialized surveillance equipment by actively using helicopters, as well as other types of aircraft and reconnaissance drones.
