Ukraine calls for urgent UN Security Council and OSCE meetings after Russian attack

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that he had instructed diplomats to ensure the convening of emergency meetings of the UN Security Council and other international institutions following Russia’s latest massive attack.
