Metsola says Russia’s exit from Convention for Prevention of Torture worrying

European Parliament President Roberta Metsola stated that the European Parliament has not yet determined its response to Russia’s withdrawal from the Convention for the Prevention of Torture, but condemned any abandonment of international obligations.
