President enacts NSDC decision on sanctions against individuals, legal entities

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree enacting the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) titled “On the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions).”
