Russian agent preparing attacks on Kharkiv’s energy infrastructure detained

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has detained a children’s entertainer in Kharkiv who, acting on orders from Russia’s FSB, was preparing to blow up key electrical substations in the city.
