Tochytskyi urges Europeans to refrain from bringing Russian performers back to stage

Ukraine’s Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications, Mykola Tochytskyi, has called on the European artistic community to “think twice” before once again welcoming Russian performers onto their stages.
