Deadly Russian Strike On Chernihiv Destroys Homes

Ukraine’s northern city of Chernihiv was hit in wave of renewed Russian missile attacks across the country. The January 3 attack destroyed or damaged dozens of homes, killing at least one resident, local officials said. A survivor recounted fumbling in the dark to escape the damage.
