Steel bridge collapses in Vietnam after Typhoon Yagi; 3 rescued

A steel bridge over the Red River in northern Vietnam collapsed after Typhoon Yagi’s heavy rain and winds. Three people were rescued with no reported casualties. The typhoon has killed at least 59 and injured 299 people.
