Putin Gets Red Carpet In Mongolia Despite Calls For Arrest

President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Mongolia for a controversial visit with international calls for Ulaanbaatar to arrest the Russian leader on his first trip to a member state of the International Criminal Court (ICC) since that Hague-based court issued an arrest warrant for him last year.
