Shmyhal and Kellogg discuss development of security guarantees and drone deal with U.S.

In Kyiv, Ukrainian Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal met with General Keith Kellogg, the U.S. President’s Special Representative for Ukraine, to discuss the development of reliable security guarantees aimed at preventing future aggression against Ukraine.
