UN Human Rights Commissioner effectively recognizes Russian attack on Kryvyi Rih may be war crime

The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets welcomed the statement of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk and called for a prompt and independent investigation of the Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih.
